Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Relay, including subscriptions, trials, renewals, account security, acceptable use, and support boundaries.
Service scope
Relay is a subscription software product that helps automate execution workflows connected to your own trading setup. Relay is not a broker, fund manager, or financial advisory service.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that your use of Relay complies with the rules of your broker, prop firm, and local law.
Trials, billing, and renewals
Relay currently offers a 14-day trial with a card required at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout and in your billing portal.
Upgrades apply immediately and may create a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations are applied according to the billing rules shown in your account and in the Stripe billing portal. Unless required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable once the paid billing period has started.
Acceptable use and restrictions
You may not use Relay to violate third-party terms, break laws, abuse APIs, bypass payment obligations, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or interfere with the reliability or security of the platform.
No financial advice
You remain solely responsible for trade selection, risk management, broker relationships, and capital allocation. Relay is an execution tool. Nothing in the product, website, documentation, or support should be treated as investment, tax, or legal advice.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Relay available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, broker uptime, execution outcomes, or profitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Traders Club is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, indirect damages, or losses caused by third-party platforms or connectivity failures.
