This policy explains what personal data Alpha Traders Club processes to sell, deliver, and support Relay subscriptions, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

This policy applies to Relay, the Alpha Traders Club website, and related billing and support workflows. For privacy requests, contact support@alphatradersclub.com.
Data we collect
We process account details such as your email address, name, authentication identifiers, and subscription metadata. We also process billing-related identifiers from Stripe, support messages you send to us, and basic product or website diagnostics needed to keep the service working.
Relay is designed so trading credentials, MetaTrader sessions, and execution activity stay on your own machine unless a specific feature explicitly requires remote transmission.
How we use your data
We use personal data to create and secure your account, activate your Relay subscription, keep Stripe and our database in sync, deliver downloads, answer support requests, detect abuse, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Payments and processors
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers in our application. Stripe may process payment method data, billing address data, invoices, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy and compliance obligations.
Legal bases and retention
We process data when necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as account security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and support operations.
We keep account, billing, and support records only as long as needed for service delivery, dispute handling, tax/accounting retention, and security review. When retention is no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to request a copy of your personal data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
